50 Ways Life Coaching Helps SAHMs

Two Women Sitting on Ground Near Bonfire

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching seems to be a buzz word these days, but no seems to know what they actually do.

Imagine two friends sitting around visiting. And while we are dreaming they aren’t being interrupted by their kids. (We wish, right?) One friend is telling the other all about how life is hard right now. The other friend (life coach) is helping her see how her brain is making it even harder or how she could make it easier. Then when you see how your brain is working, it naturally corrects itself making you life easier.

How to Find a Life Coach

A lot of the time we can learn how to see what our brain is doing when we learn to self coach, but sometimes we are too close to the problem to see it. That is where a life coach (fresh set of eyes and ears) is really helpful. They can see what we can’t see. We can’t see the whole forest (problem) for all the indivual trees in the way. But a coach is like getting in an airplane and taking a picture to show you.

If you are interested in how a life coach may be able to help you, then sign up for a free 30 minute call with me. We will talk about what you want help with and how I can help. It’s a no obligation call. I do it simply so you can learn more about how life coaching might help you in your life. I look forward to meeting you!

Until Next Time
