Valentine’s Day is coming quickly. Sometimes it feels like a to do list rather than a Holiday to celebrate. Valentine boxes and treats for school: check. Treat for kids or fancy dinner for kids: check. Something for my husband: check. And in the end you feel more tired and exhausted than before you started.
Holidays can be a lot of work that can leave us feeling drained. What if you gave yourself a gift that kept on giving this year. What if you came up with 25 reasons you love yourself.
Get out a piece of paper and start brainstorming. No idea is a stupid one. To help get your creative juices going here is mine. Remeber the goal isn’t too love me, so make your list unique to you.

Until Next Time
